Join to apply for the Youth Development Coach role at Soccer Shots Twin Cities

We are looking for passionate coaches to lead children’s soccer sessions across the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

• Coach 35+ sessions each week, total of approximately 20‑25 hours of coaching.
• Conduct sessions at childcare centers, recreation centers, public parks, soccer clubs, and elementary schools.
• Participate in scheduled hours of operation Monday‑Friday (8:00 AM‑7:30 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM‑5:00 PM).
• Serve on the West metro area teams such as Minnetonka, Excelsior, Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Edina, Wayzata and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to 9 observed holidays (no scheduled sessions during the weeks of 4th of July and Christmas).
• Engage in leadership training and growth opportunities within Soccer Shots.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Passion for positively impacting young children.
• Available on a consistent, weekly basis.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Starting at $600 per week contract.
• Mileage reimbursement up to $150 per month.
• Health insurance contribution up to $150 per month.

Soccer Shots is the premier children's soccer experience with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best‑in‑class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We partner with child cares, preschools, parks, and community centers to bring our nationally recognized curriculum to children ages 2–8. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management.

We provide high‑quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.
