Position Overview

We are seeking an Audit Senior Associate to support assurance engagements within the Real Estate & Construction practice. This position offers the opportunity to develop subject matter expertise, build meaningful client relationships, and grow within a firm known for flexibility, transparency, and strong career mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit & Assurance Delivery
  • Serve as a key member of engagement teams providing audit and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
  • Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and address questions.
  • Plan and supervise execution of all audit engagement activities.
  • Perform and review substantive testing on financial statement areas.
  • Conduct and review internal control testing and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners on findings and client recommendations.
Team Collaboration & Development
  • Learn through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships using an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Mentor and support team members in alignment with the firm’s Care and Teach philosophy.
  • Participate in team activities that promote connection and balance.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework to qualify for the CPA exam.
  • CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.
  • 2+ years of audit experience in a public accounting environment.
  • Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical ability, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
Preferred:
  • Real Estate & Construction industry audit experience.
