Our client is an organization in the Appleton area looking for an Accounting Assistant
. This company is looking for someone with 2+ years of related experience, who is detail oriented and highly organized.

The salary range for this position is $24-28/hr.

• Provide support for the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Perform invoicing functions.
• Process expense reports.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve billing issues.
• Provide support for project documentation.
• Prepare general correspondence and spreadsheets.
• Ad hoc projects and duties as needed.

• Associate degree in accounting or closely related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
