Title

Tax/Audit Associate.

Primary Responsibilities
:

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Perform audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services.
• Gain experience, exposure and knowledge of procedures, work papers and systems.
• Support multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress.
• Expand industry knowledge through greater exposure to peers, clients and formal training opportunities.
• Complete research and special projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and CLA family members on a regular basis.
Minimum Requirements
:
• Bachelor’s degree required – Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
