Provides administrative support to the branch and communicates daily with relators, builders, financial advisors and referral partners for assigned Loan Officers. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. The following is an overview of duties in process and not meant to be restrictive. This is an entry level position focusing on lead generation support to initial application.

  • Responds to both inbound and outbound correspondences via email and telephone and completes data entry.
  • Has regular interaction with clients and referral partners in order to keep them informed loan process.
  • Using our database, call and speak to Real Estate Agents, Referral Partners, or Past Clients everyday.
  • Call all new internet leads as they come in each day.
  • Navigates multiple database sites to obtain and organize leads.
  • Provides office services support including inputting data; creating documents; gathering information; preparing reports; maintaining files; ordering and maintaining supplies.
  • Plans events working closely alongside the marketing team and loan officer(s).
  • Manages a calendar of activities and events, schedules appointments, conferences, meetings, and makes travel accommodations and arrangements.
  • Independent duties include reserving a space for the event, inviting attendees through email and phone calls, gathering literature for the event.
  • Executes the event by coordinating RSVP’s and confirmations up to day of event, and setting up and taking down the event.
  • Evaluates the event by sending out a survey to all attendees.
  • Add attendees to database for future events.
  • Manage and participate in various projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge and

Skills:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of current business acumen.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of a variety of loan programs:
    Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, etc.

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalency degree.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office products.
  • Demonstrated experience with high volume data entry.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM software.
