What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers ???)- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team and department heads.
- Answer and route calls, manage mail, and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper).
- Order office supplies and ensure work spaces are stocked, tidy, and professional.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate new hire orientations.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and vendors.
- Assist with preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance documents are organized and up to date.
- Support documentation for resident care, HR, and operational processes as needed.
- Partner with nursing, HR, and leadership teams to support day‑to‑day operations.
- Help coordinate staff meetings, events, and special projects.
- Act as a communication hub—making sure everyone has the information they need when they need it.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
- 1‑2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or long‑term care setting.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and data entry).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and eager to help.
