We are seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Kolosso Toyota in Appleton, WI.

Pay range:
Starting at $17.50/hour plus upsell incentive ($.50/ upsell) (dependent on experience and education) + incentives. Overtime available
This is a full-time position with a great local dealership. An Entry Level Automotive Technician in our dealership needs to be thorough, efficient, and friendly, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some Saturday and early evening work will be required.

Job responsibilities for an Entry Level Automotive Technician include but are not limited to:
- Perform basic maintenance and light repairs on customer vehicles
- Conduct multipoint inspections of customer vehicles to identify needed maintenance services and repairs
- Documents inspection findings and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately and communicates them to the Service Advisor
- Communicates proactively with other associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work through the Express Maintenance shop
- Quality-checks own work and the work of other Technicians as required
Job requirements for an Entry Level Automotive Technician include but are not limited to:
- Basic knowledge of automotive technology and related tools/equipment
- Valid driver’s license, with a record insurable by our insurance standards
- Bending, stooping, twist, turn, lift above shoulder level, repetitive hand/arm motion, standing for extended time periods, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some automotive technology courses preferred
- Need to be able to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission
- Need ability to recognize any other work the vehicle may need
