Automotive Detailer Pay:
Starting at $19.00/hour plus overtime — pay negotiable based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40-45 hours/week. Every other Saturday required (weekday off provided when working Saturday).

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for preparing pre-owned vehicles for display and delivery. This role ensures all vehicles are clean, polished, and presented to the highest standard.

• Wash and clean vehicle exteriors, including windows and doorjambs
• Apply wax and polish to vehicle surfaces, buffing as needed
• Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces using appropriate products
• Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or interior damage and report findings to management
• Dress tires and remove protective films or shipping materials
• Maintain showroom and lot vehicles in clean, ready-to-display condition
• Remove window stickers from sold vehicles and take photos for online listings
• Keep the detail shop organized, clean, and ensure all dealership tools and equipment are accounted for
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good judgment and time management skills

This position requires frequent physical activity, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, squatting, and entering/exiting vehicles throughout the day. The role involves working with multiple vehicles in varying weather conditions.
