Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Auto Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostics, create accurate repair estimates, conduct general vehicle repairs and maintenance, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Vehicle Diagnostics
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Perform thorough inspections and road tests to determine root causes.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates based on diagnostics.
  • Communicate repair needs and costs clearly to customers.
  • Repair or replace faulty components.
  • Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Customer Interaction
  • Explain technical issues and repair options in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Provide updates on repair status and timelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and follow‑up.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or similar is a plus.
• Proven experience as an auto mechanic or technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with shop software such as Mitchell, Napa Tracs, etc.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Full‑time availability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on shop environment.
• May require occasional overtime as needed.
