How this Role Supports our Mission of Elevating People by Eliminating Barriers to Employment While receiving leadership support from the Ecommerce Store Team Leader, the Ecommerce Shipping Specialist advances our mission by packaging and shipping all online orders within a designated time frame. The Ecommerce Shipping Specialist will align service delivery in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision, values and brand of Goodwill NCW.

• Weigh, package, label, and ship items using both Fed Ex and USPS software and guidelines.
• Monitor packing supplies and keep your work area clean and safe.
• Achieve personal goals to maintain proficiency standards from performance reviews.
• Follow safety and security requirements.
• Works M-F Day schedule set by supervisor in support of department.
• Always maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to established dress code.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including production area.
• Complies with all GNCW policies, including, but not limited to, reporting theft or misuse of company property or other illegal activities.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least a basic level of competency with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.
• Basic knowledge of how to process inventory and ship product.
• Skilled at organization, prioritization, and planning work to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service skills.
• Must possess a positive work attitude.
• Willing to work independently within a small team.

• Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment.
• Primary function requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a production setting; to sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift, carry, push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds.
