• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the organization
• Document and maintain business processes and procedures for training and reference
• Define requirements and implement best-in-class business processes and workflows
• Create reporting outputs and client deliverables
• Lead training efforts for staff on new processes and systems

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to refine efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and procedures
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend process improvements
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
