Associate Counsel - Contracts

At Boldt, legal isn't on the sidelines. As our Associate Counsel (Contracts), you'll be a trusted partner helping shape and advance some of the nation's most complex construction projects. You'll lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of construction and commercial agreements while working directly with operations, procurement, risk management, and project teams to solve real business challenges.

This is a high-impact role for an attorney who enjoys being close to the work, influencing outcomes, and balancing legal strategy with practical business solutions.

Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
7-10+ years of experience focused primarily on contract drafting and negotiation (preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure or related commercial environment).Nice to Have  Demonstrated experience managing contracts independently and working directly with business stakeholders.

Familiarity with construction contracting concepts such as indemnity, insurance, flowdown provisions, delay, change management, and risk allocation.
