What we are looking for:- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, case managers, and community partners
- Conduct marketing visits and community outreach activities
- Represent Com For Care at networking events and health fairs
- Support referral growth and brand awareness
- Participate in on-call weekend rotation approximately once monthly
- Assist with operational needs when business demands arise
- Establish, implement, and manage marketing initiatives
- Negotiate contracts with managed care companies, government agencies, and other payers that ensure optimal reimbursement
Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities - Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure consistent message to the customers and the community
