Sr. Manager, Sales Planning & Operations

Our client, a vertically integrated manufacturer of premium coffees and powdered beverages, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Planning & Operations, to strengthen sales forecasting, improve planning processes, and drive greater visibility across the organization. This collaborative role offers the opportunity to build scalable processes, influence commercial strategy, and support continued growth.

• Lead and improve customer and SKU-level sales forecasting processes.
• Partner with Sales to align forecasts with promotions, pricing, innovation, and demand.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
• Establish consistent planning practices and accountability across Sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial and operational forecasts.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and forecasting tool adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales planning, forecasting, or commercial operations experience in CPG, food and beverage, or manufacturing.
• Proven success building or improving customer and SKU-level forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, demand trends, and sales performance.
• Experience with forecasting, ERP, BI, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
