After School Care Provider – Appleton – Community Horizons
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support a friendly 14-year-old boy who is new to the Appleton area.
What you’ll do:
- Greet him after school when he gets off the bus.
- Prepare simple snacks and meals, including cutting food into bite‑sized pieces.
- Support him in using utensils.
- Assist with toileting, showering, and dressing.
- Enjoy outdoor walks together.
- Help with his evening routine and getting ready for bed.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
Compensation: $18.48 per hour.
