• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible with hours and work schedule
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff

Hourly Rate: $14.00 – $16.00 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity). This role may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives and additional benefits.
