Coverage area:

Hours:
- - This position can go from 20 to 40 hours weekly
- - Flexible schedule to fit your needs
- - No set schedule
- - Evenings and weekends
- - Hours are needed through the school year and summer
- - (If you are looking for a set schedule, this family is up for discussion)
- - $17.97 an hour
- - Mileage Pay is offered (when the child is in the vehicle)
- - Keeping family in the loop on respite activities
- - Supervise and ensure a safe environment
- - In-home activities and community-based events
- - Transportation
- - After-school pickup (As-Needed)
- - Provide emotional support
- - Utilize de-escalation tactics
- - Meal preparation
- - Mentor personal care tasks (brushing teeth, deodorant, showering, etc.)
- - Assist with homework
- - Helping the child maintain a clean space
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
- Experience working with adults or children with complex needs (Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc.)
- Proven dependability
- Committed to providing care for children and adults with special needs.
- Someone who can understand de-escalation
