Asphalt Paving Operator
We are looking for experienced Asphalt Paving Operators to operate several types of asphalt (black top) paving equipment safely and efficiently. These are seasonal positions aligned with spring work schedules.

Role and Responsibilities- Operate equipment and machinery to place hot‑mix asphalt at construction sites.
- Work safely with one or several types of power construction equipment to minimize risk of injury or property damage.
- Read and understand grade stakes, automated machine‑control cab displays, and plan grades as required.
- Maneuver machinery in tight quarters around people, traffic, and utilities.
- Clean, maintain, and secure all equipment.
- Follow proper safety and incident‑reporting procedures.
- Assist with repairs as needed.

- Northeast Asphalt is located primarily in Northeastern Wisconsin; projects may require travel within the local area or across the state. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed is required.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- CDL desired but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
- Tolerance for variable weather, dirty, and dusty environments.
- Union membership or willingness to become a union member is required; HR can assist with the process.
