ResponsibilitiesAs a high-energy, customer-focused performing arts professional instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through many different ways – from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. Your unique honor is to enhance people’s lives every day, meeting and working closely with people from all walks of life.
Studio hours are regular during the week; however, you will also host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends to attend with your students.

Requirements- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Understanding of what it takes to be successful and a willingness to commit to the work.
- Accountable and unselfish team player.
- Eagerly accepting coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Positive outlook with a view that the cup is always half full.
- Exceptional physical fitness/endurance to perform this role successfully.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

- Variety of activities to participate in and offer students such as group & private lessons, performances, parties, and competitions.
