Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) and enjoy a personalized work schedule. As a Guest Advocate, you will provide exceptional service to guests, answer questions, and resolve concerns. You will work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping with their needs.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up orders.

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office operations as needed.
• Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to contact attempts.
