Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Appleton, WI branch. Would you like to work with a stable, family‑owned business? • Starting at $19+/hr, with opportunities for weekly incentives

At Naturescape, your day is about more than just answering the phone; it's about making a real impact.

Your mornings will start with checking customer emails and voicemails, responding with care, and offering solutions that genuinely help. You will look for sales opportunities for our services and build long‑term relationships to help customers create a haven for their lawn and landscape. Behind the scenes, you will help ensure the branch runs smoothly by processing small amounts of mail daily.

During the winter months, you'll reconnect with customers to ensure they're set up for the season ahead.

You will become comfortable having real conversations with people and not be afraid to ask for the sale. In this role, you will typically work Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• A positive mindset, with a solution‑focused attitude
• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
• Computer and typing skills
• Confidence to try new things and be willing to learn

We value people who are willing to learn and grow. Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Associate is helpful but not required.
