The Teller at our Northland Avenue branch in Appleton creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assist members with problem resolution
• Build member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit‑union representatives as appropriate

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
• Previous cash‑handling or teller experience is preferred
• Knowledge of credit‑union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Working knowledge of computers and ten‑key data entry skills required

Mon‑Fri 8:00 am‑5:30 pm;
Sat 9:00 am‑12:00 pm
