Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Job Title:

Teller – Northland Avenue Branch, Appleton, WI

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
• Assist members with problem resolution.
• Build member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate.

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required.
• Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member/customer service, and thrive in a team and results‑oriented environment.
• Branch hours:
  Mon.
  
  -Fri. 8am-5:30pm;
  Sat. 9am-12pm.
