Teller (Part Time)

Location: 1100 W Northland Ave, Appleton, Wisconsin

• Consistently performs North Shore Bank Quality of Service standards with both external and internal customers, meeting expectations and promoting customer willingness to keep, expand, and refer banking relationships.
• Engages customers in meaningful conversations, asks questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities, and makes appropriate referrals to branch personnel and business partners to meet goals.
• Uses customer relationship management tools to record referrals and update customer contacts.
• Receives and answers questions from prospects or customers and maintains good customer service records.

• No banking experience required.
