Service Advisor Trainee (Express Advisor)
Pay: $50,000–$56,000+ per year
Schedule: 45 hours/week, 5 days (includes every other Saturday 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.; weekday off provided)

Position SummaryThe Service Advisor Trainee is a customer-facing role responsible for greeting customers, writing repair orders, and coordinating communication between customers and technicians. This role is ideal for friendly, organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and write service repair orders
Schedule service appointments
Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document concerns
Communicate service timelines, costs, and updates
Coordinate alternate transportation
Follow up with customers and process payments
Work closely with technicians and other advisors
Ensure an excellent customer experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer proficiency (typing, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Team-oriented and dependable
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
