This is a full‑time, on‑site Concierge role located in Appleton, WI. The Concierge will provide support to residents and visitors by managing a variety of responsibilities, including greeting guests, performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, and coordinating concierge services. A strong focus is on delivering excellent customer service and clear communication with residents, families, and staff while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

• Experience or skills in Concierge Services and making reservations to provide support and meet resident needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally and warmly with residents, families, and team members
• Competency in receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing front‑desk tasks
• Proven customer‑service skills, demonstrating a commitment to resident satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Ability to multi‑task and maintain organization in a fast‑paced work environment
• Familiarity with senior living or hospitality industries is a plus
