Service Advisor

US Tech Force is looking for a Service Advisor to create customer relationships and build long-term loyalty for the store.

• Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery
• Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain customer profiles in computer system
• Tracks repairs and their causes
• Verify service contract coverage
• Process warranty and Product Improvement Claims.
• Log parts needed and how much time should be allocated to make the repair
• Schedules the appropriate technician for the repairs
• Convey information to the customer in a timely fashion.
• Assure all work orders are closed on a timely basis.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2-plus years of experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred
• Computer and point-of-sale proficiency
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
