Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hour
Temporary Assignment Details:
This is a temporary position running from October through mid-January. It's a great opportunity for those seeking seasonal work or looking to gain experience during the busy holiday retail season.
Shift: Full-time. Standard shifts are 7am–3:30pm or 8:30am–5pm. Special scheduling needs include:
- Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/25):
Must work, and also available 8–10pm - Black Friday weekend:
Likely 8am–4:30pm - December weekends may be required
- Mondays in December: 7am–5pm
- Must work December 26.

What's a typical day as a Customer Care Representative? You'll be:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume contact center
- Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues efficiently

- Operating within a corporate retail setting, reporting to the Contact Center Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred, but not required)

- Are available to work the specified shifts, including special scheduling around holidays and weekends
