JX Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor in Madison, WI to deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate repair work in a fast-paced shop environment.
You will schedule repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, manage documentation, and work with a team to ensure timely, accurate service and positive customer experiences. Shift options include Tue-Fri 10:00am–7:00pm with Saturdays rotation and a $2,500/year shift premium.
