How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Attract and develop strong team members who remain up to date on new techniques and trends in their profession.
  • Ensure exceptional patient care and promptly resolving patient if they arise.
  • Support with all aspects of practice operations (e.g., scheduling, patient correspondence, third party services, etc.)
  • Manage team member timesheet tracking and collaborate with payroll to ensure employees are paid properly.
  • Support practice performance and partner with the Doctors and functional support teams to help identify opportunities that deliver optimal performance and operational excellence.
  • Maintain effective communication with the doctors and employees to foster an inclusive and team-based environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health standards in line with regulatory bodies and policies.
  • Manage controllable costs including but not limited to inventory, supplies, payroll, and maintenance to sustain and grow profitability.
  • Drive clinic growth and development through strategic planning, sales management, and execution of growth initiatives.
  • Hold team accountable for hitting key metrics, and performance goals .
  • Support with marketing initiatives to increase new patient growth.
  • Perform financial tasks like entering contracts in our system, working with patients to establish payment arrangements, managing patient financial accounts that are overdue, and generating financial reports.
  • Provide back-up support to our Treatment Coordinator as required, which includes facilitating patient consultations during new patient exam appointments and educating patients about the benefits of orthodontic treatment.
The Candidate We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrate proven project management experience with a results-driven approach; PM certification is a plus
  • Provide strong project coordination and executive support to ensure seamless operations
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and optimization strategies
  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Bring an energetic, positive, and highly motivated attitude to foster collaboration and team success
  • Hold teams and stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables with confidence and professionalism
  • Exceptional organizational skills and desire to see things through to completion.
  • You are detail-oriented and able to work both strategically and tactically.
  • You have alignment with our vision, mission, and values, which guide how we work.
What you bring – qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail, business, office administration, or related field.
  • Previous formal leadership experience and enjoy coaching and mentoring others.
  • Five years of experience in a dental/healthcare environment
