Partnership Community Health Center Inc is seeking a dedicated professional to provide high‑quality dental care to patients in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited dental school with a D.D.S., D.M.D., or equivalent degree.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin with no restrictions.
  • Current DEA certificate.
  • Certified in BLS and AED and maintain recertification per licensure requirements.
  • Successful completion of credentialing process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment to patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions.
  • Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
  • Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, and dentures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Compensation

$166,869 – $210,000 per year
