Dental Hygienist

Job Summary

Forward Dental Appleton is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Location:

3030 N. Ballard Road, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911.

Pay is bi‑weekly hourly ($45–$50) with options for Daily Pay. Full‑time (30 hrs) qualifies for a complete benefits package including United Healthcare PPO, 401k, dental, vision, wellness, paid holidays, and PTO.

• Current Wisconsin dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Open to new graduates or seasoned hygienists.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
• Clinical needs as required by the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
• TB test is required for all new hires in dental office positions and must be completed prior to starting employment.
