Job Summary

Tetting & Tetting Dental would like to extend an offer to employ a new Registered Dental Hygienist. This position has recently become available resulting from a retirement and would constitute working 3 days per week. We are a 2nd generation, privately owned, family dental practice which greatly values the relationships created with our patients throughout the many years.

• Monday‑Wednesday 8:00‑5:00
• Thursday 7:00‑4:00

• Dexis digital radiographs

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
• Utilize Dentrix and other dental systems to manage patient records and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Assist in the diagnosis of dental conditions through medical imaging and assessments.
• Maintain a sterile and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance patient care.

• Valid state license as a Dental Hygienist.
• Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, with knowledge of general and pediatric dentistry.
• Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental management software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in patient care tasks.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards.
