Dental Hygienist

Foward Dental Appleton is hiring a full‑time dental hygienist.

Schedule:

Monday‑Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Location:

3030 N. Ballard Road, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911. No late nights, no weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• Open to new grads or seasoned hygienist.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
• Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions; not applicable in FL & TN.
