Oral Surgeon

Overview

Midwest Dental, part of the Smile Brands Inc. group, is seeking a dedicated, part‑time Oral Surgeon for our new specialty practice in Appleton. We provide clinical autonomy backed by a full support team and the latest technology.

2‑3 days per month, flexible within the agreed hours.

As an Oral Surgeon with Midwest Dental, you will:

• Deliver a wide range of oral surgery procedures, from implant placement to complex extractions.
• Provide full clinical autonomy over patient care and oral surgery needs.
• Support the entire dental team at each practice location you visit.
• Contribute to establishing the new specialty practice from the ground up.

Clinical Requirements

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Oral Surgery Specialty Certificate.
• Oral Conscious Sedation and IV Sedation Permit.

• Daily per diem of $2,000 or 50% of production.
