- Possesses skills and competencies to deliver intermediate contracted customer requirements (document prepping, scanning, and storing)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs
- Operate office/production equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner)
- Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g., paper cutters, inserters, laminating, spiral binders, hole punch unit)
- Problem‑solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
- Perform quality inspection before, during, and after the output of each production run
- Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs
- Inspect files for problem areas, including fonts, image resolution, and image registration
- Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
- May be required to travel to various account sites, as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service
- Able to work independently, maintaining a high attention to detail and organization
- Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office and web browsing
- Demonstrated ability to send and receive emails, find, open, and save documents and files, perform data entry
- Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism
Education:
- Training provided on print and device duties (no experience required)
- Minimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
