We re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a brand-new neonatology program in one of Wisconsin s most vibrant and growing regions. • Provide expert care in a Level III NICU and newborn nursery

• Work in a collaborative model with pediatric hospitalists

• Handle 24/7 in-house NICU coverage and daytime nursery rounding

• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide family-centered neonatal care

• Participate in clinical quality improvement (CQI) and research projects

• Be part of a national network of more than 400 NICUs under the umbrella

• Team-Based Model:
  Join 3 other Neonatologists in a well-supported practice

• Ideal Schedule:
  In-house day coverage and shared 24/7 coverage rotation
