Position Details:
Patient Population: Newborns and neonates in Level 3 NICU and newborn nursery
Setting: Hospital Pediatrix Medical Group - Wisconsin Market (Appleton)
Responsibilities: Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover newborn nursery and NICU; participate in CQI and clinical research projects; exchange best practices within Pediatrix network
Required Procedures: Neonatal intensive care and nursery coverage procedures

Support Staff: Multidisciplinary neonatal team
Days Per Month: Not specified
On-Call/Weekends: 24/7 in-house coverage
Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine REQUIRED
Wisconsin Medical License (or willingness to obtain) REQUIRED
Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start) REQUIRED
