Physician-Owned Practice | Partnership Track | $700K Base

A physician-owned Anesthesiology group in Central Wisconsin offers a clear path to partnership with a level of schedule flexibility that's hard to find in a traditional employed role. You'll join an established team with a 1:12 call schedule, generous vacation, and the opportunity to have more control over your workload and time off as you move toward ownership.

Practice Overview:

• Join a team of approximately 68 physicians and 22-25 mid-level providers
• Physicians manage at least 60% of their own cases, while also supporting CAAs and CRNAs
• Exclusive provider for several regional medical centers and surgery centers
• Opportunity to perform TEEs and join the heart team, though not required

Schedule:

• Call is evenly distributed; in-house first call with following day off
• Average call rotation is 1:12
• 6 to 8 weeks of vacation during partner track; up to 12 weeks as a partner
• As a partner you decide how much time you work and how much time you take off
• "Egress list" ensures fair daily hours and earning potential

Compensation & Benefits:

• $700,000 starting base annual salary with a $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Two-year partnership track with high financial transparency
