Salary: $25.00/hr – $38.00/hr.

Based in Appleton, WI, we are an innovative equipment manufacturer supporting various industries. The increasing demand for our products and services has prompted us to add to our Field Services Representative team.

Your role as a field service technician involves checking machinery before shipping, inspecting finished machinery, and helping with sales. As a Field Service Representative, you'll also travel to different customer locations to install equipment and fix issues. You'll provide technical support over the phone 24/7 when you're not traveling, and keep records of customer interactions. You might also help with equipment at trade shows.

• Associate degree in Electro‑Mechanical Technology, or similar experience/training in engineering or technical service.
• Being able to think creatively under pressure, manage lots of information, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Being ready to travel a lot and stay for a while at different places.
• Knowing how to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and work with equipment and its software.
