The Health & Safety Coordinator is required to assist and support in the development and execution of the health & safety and security agenda for the plant, focusing on continuous improvement of health & safety policies and procedures, injury prevention, safety management, plant security, crisis management, and compliance with all applicable Federal and local health & safety compliance obligations. Must be local to Appleton, WI - no relocation offered.

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree required; a focus in health and safety strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of Health & Safety experience required.
• ISO Management Systems experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or accredited Health & Safety Certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to independently read, comprehend, and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to independently carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail including visual acuity.
• Desire to drive change, goal oriented.
• Ability to possess confidential information.

Compensation Package: $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 USD annually + Bonus eligibility (target range). Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
