Search Consultant Manager @ Employ Bridge | Recruiting, Head Hunting, Client Relations, & People Success Position Summary

The Process Mechanical Engineer will support high-speed manufacturing operations by troubleshooting mechanical and process issues, designing equipment improvements, and managing technical projects. This role requires strong hands-on mechanical ability, an understanding of electrical drives/PLCs, and the ability to balance immediate troubleshooting needs with long-term improvement initiatives.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation
: $100,000 to $115,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve issues on high-speed converting equipment.
  • Work hands‑on with mechanics and engineers to implement fixes.
  • Analyze downtime data and high-speed camera footage to identify root causes.
  • Recommend process, equipment, and material improvements to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Support R&D with product development and scale-up activities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on equipment upgrades or new acquisitions.
  • Create and update work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD or similar design tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized, safety‑minded, and able to work well independently and in team settings.
