We’re looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business, including state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, provide on‑site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead, and help design and optimize control systems across multiple processes.

You’ll develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control
• Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other controls applications

Preferred:

• Engineer in Training (EIT)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Forward‑thinking and eager to learn best practices
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams
• Passion for buildings and construction
• Experience mentoring junior professionals or leading small teams
• Experience with Data Center Design
