What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies that support innovation and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead process improvement and capital projects from concept through implementation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges using data-driven methodologies.
  • Participate in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Provide technical support for product launches and collaborate with R&D and operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product design and process integration.
  • Train production staff on new processes, products, and equipment procedures.
What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a science-related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or product development (less experienced candidates may be considered).
  • Proven ability to apply engineering principles to solve manufacturing problems and implement improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence across departments and levels.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, safety standards, and quality protocols.
  • Organizational agility and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Business insight in cost analysis, project planning, and strategic execution.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading capital or technical projects, including budgeting and implementation.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification; proficiency in Minitab preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Background in coating processes or experience with coating equipment/formulas.
  • Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
