This role is based out of our Appleton, Baraboo, Rhinelander or Marshfield WI offices and offers a flexible work environment and schedule.

What you will do:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and quality control
- Build strong client relationships through meetings and collaboration
- Design transportation infrastructure—roads, bridges, trails
- Prepare plans, specs, reports, and regulatory permits
- Support proposal development and mentor junior staff
- Contribute to public engagement efforts and presentations
- Bonus if you have experience with construction inspection or management
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- Minimum of 4 years of mobility/transportation engineering experience is required
- PE license required (WI PE preferred)
- WisDOT project experience preferred
- Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role is required
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a consulting environment
