As a Water & Wastewater Engineer, you will be an essential part of a collaborative team responsible for planning, permitting, and designing municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. This includes sewer systems, pumping stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and distribution networks.
Responsibilities- Plan, design, and oversee water and wastewater projects
- Conduct site visits and community assessments
- Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and design specifications
- Coordinate permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal team members
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- PE license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in water/wastewater project design
- Strong organizational, communication, and technical writing skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders
