Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing teller duties. Performs sales support activities for sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Perform office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. Some Associate Bankers are assigned as Area Associate Bankers;

staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.

• Open new accounts and perform deposit account maintenance; respond to customers in a prompt and courteous manner; ensure required forms are completed accurately and that the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensure the customer receives the proper disclosures.
• Provide a blend of teller referrals and production as required at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.
• Provide basic information on consumer loan products; refer potential consumer loan customers to an appropriate individual.
• Recognize additional customer opportunities and act on them.
