We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Loan Servicing Representative II based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton! After initial onboarding onsite, this position could have the opportunity for hybrid work consideration. However, candidates must reside in Wisconsin to be considered.
The Loan Servicing Representative II role assists and supports credit union team members and members with pre- and post-closing loan functions, maintenance, and inquiries as they relate to lending.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Representative II role include but are not limited to:
- Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
- Handling post-closing loan functions as they relate to lending, including but not limited to:
- Processing new loan bookings and servicing those loans
- Maintenance of loan accounts on core system
- Providing resolution to various discrepancies with member accounts
- Processing, tracking, and following up on various insurance
- Setting up and maintaining loan categories, product configuration, and other core system requirements
- Processing annual escrow payments and analysis
- Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving errors with loan accounts on the core system
- Handling disbursements of escrowed insurance for private mortgage insurance, hazard, auto, and flood insurance
- Reviewing and processing cancellations of private mortgage insurance
- Preparing loan payoff statements
- Supporting team members, sharing workload and responsibilities to ensure a positive experience for members, Mortgage Loan Originators, and team members
- Interacting professionally with internal team members, credit union members, outside third party vendors, and others.
- Answering, supporting, and troubleshooting items received from internal and external member phone calls, email, or other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Following guided process and procedure when completing responsibilities.
- Completing work assignments by assigned deadlines.
- Maintaining a base knowledge of the applicable credit union products, processes, policies and systems.
- One to three years of financial institution or related experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of processes, procedures, and systems
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other computer systems used for general use
- Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Hours:
Mon.
-Fri. 8am-5pm, Sat. 9am-12pm
