** POSITION SUMMARY
** The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for handling complex tasks, often involving strategic analysis and a broader scope of responsibilities for the U.S. Auto Force Finance team. This role involves detailed financial analysis, advising analysts, building models, and strategic planning. The position aims to develop moderate to high levels of business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
This position is located in Appleton, WI.##
** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Advise and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support.
* Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance.
* Participate in strategic planning activities, offering insights and recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insights.
* Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
* Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

** QUALIFICATIONS
*
* Required:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 4+ years of related experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.

Preferred:
* Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
