Consumer Loan Processor

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Consumer Loan Processor I at our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton!

The Consumer Loan Processor supports loan originators and indirect dealers by providing consumer loan documents and funding solutions to ensure superior member experience.

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Utilizing loan origination system to verify accuracy and completeness of applications
• Producing loan document packages for all consumer loans to ensure compliance with government regulations and credit union policies and procedures
• Facilitating document signing through digital means
• Booking loans to core and accurately funding in a timely manner as outlined by originator
• Processing and funding indirect dealer loans
• Verifying completeness and accuracy of supporting docs
• Opening membership accounts as needed
• Consistently meeting established KPIs
• Assisting and processing all debt protection claims submitted by members
• Interacting professionally with internal and external members, originators, and outside organizations via phone, email, or other correspondence

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient keyboarding and ten-key calculator skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products
• Organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8:30-12pm (every 3rd Saturday rotation).
